IDC organized the conference IDC IT Security Roadshow 2016 – Critical Infrastructure. Critical Considerations in Bucharest on April 14, 2016.
IDC’s Security Roadshow examines global and regional trends related to security and provides actionable advice and best practices for organizations in an era of digital transformation.
The Romanian Association of Information Security Assurance – RAISA was represented at this event by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ioan-Cosmin MIHAI, which held a presentation on Data Privacy.
This year’s series investigates the threats to our key systems, data, and networks, and the steps that organizations need to take to secure them. The topics discussed on this event were critical infrastructures and cyber threats, critical vulnerabilities, new approaches to information security, Zero-Day attacks, and methods of data protection.
In the context of alarming increase of number of cyber-attacks and data disclosure, the conference IDC IT Security Roadshow 2016 – Critical Infrastructure. Critical Considerations was an important event in the field of cybersecurity.
The event provided answers that could be implemented to institutions regulations, procedures, guidelines for implementation, by identifying best practices and standards that can ensure the IT security.
