Abstract:
Organized crime is present globally and creates significant flaws among companies or at governmental level, having devastating effects on political, economic and social activity. Along with the establishment of a democratic regime in our country, all barriers hindering the development of organized crime have disappeared. This paper presents the cybercrime phenomenon and different forms of computer fraud.
