    Abstract:

    Electronic commerce offers global opportunities for fraud. The development of electronic payment systems also leads to easy consumption of these crimes. This type of crime knows several ways of committing, which express the degree of creativity of offenders, but also the special investigative procedures which begin to differ from the methods of researching classic crime.
