Cyber Espionage Incrimination in Romanian Legislation

Abstract:
Cyber espionage is the most modern form of mass of espionage. Converged with rapid technological developments which often creates both technical and legal flaws. Therefore, taking over existing stipulations in a legal regulation since 2003, the Romanian Penal Code criminalizes cyber espionage by two separate felonies which we will analyze below.
